Engaging Processes for Adult Learners

Stand, Share, Sit - Participants stand around the tables, share out and then sit when they are finished talking. Facilitators know they are done sharing when the table is sitting.

Controlled Break -  Have participants stand up and stretch. Then tell them that to earn their chair back, they must tell their table group the most important thing they have learned so far and how they will use it.

Take a walk - Have participants take a 3-minute walk with a partner. Instruct them to share whatever is on their mind about the learning.
