  • Exhibitor-Friendly Schedule - Exhibitor booths in the Hurst Conference Center lobby offer multiple opportunities to connect with attendees throughout the conference.

  • Partner Showcase - Tuesday, June 16 - As part of the exhibitor package, all vendors are invited to participate in our high-energy Vendor Smackdown during lunch. Each vendor will have 4 minutes and up to 4 slides to highlight their product or service to the full conference audience. A lively MC will guide the event, ensuring a fun, fast-paced atmosphere that keeps participants engaged. This showcase offers vendors a dynamic opportunity to capture attention, spark curiosity, and encourage attendees to visit their booths for deeper conversation.

  • Exhibitor Reception - Tuesday, June 16.  Join us for a festive, interactive reception that brings together vendors, affiliates, and conference attendees in a vibrant carnival atmosphere. Exhibitors are encouraged to bring and host a carnival game at their tables, creating opportunities for guests to play, engage, and learn about your products and services. This lively event invites meaningful interaction, friendly competition, and plenty of fun. Vendors are also welcome to distribute company swag as prizes, helping build visibility and spark connections throughout the evening.
