Conference Features

Format: The conference will be three days. June 15 will be a pre-conference day, and the two-day conference begins on June 16 and finishes in the afternoon on June 17. ​

Food: Coffee, breakfast snacks, lunch, and snacks will be provided each day. A snack bar will be available for additional purchases. The menu will be posted in May. ​

Parking: Hurst Convention Center provides FREE parking in their parking garage. ​

Sessions: The pre-conference will be a full day of learning, and the conference sessions will be 90 minutes. ​

Call for Proposals: Texas ISDs are full of professional learning rock stars, and we want to allow them to share their ideas and innovations in breakout sessions. ​

Plan your conference through the app: You can view sessions and speaker bios through the conference webpage. We have multiple sessions for each of the learning tracks. The conference app will be available a few weeks before the conference. Through the app Pheedloop Go!, you can make a learning plan and select your sessions.
Conference Scholarships
Learning Forward Texas is proud to promote high-quality professional learning in Texas through our sponsorship of this annual conference scholarship.
Learning Forward Texas will award conference registration costs to an educator who wants to learn and grow professionally by attending our conference. The scholarship includes conference registration and up to $450 for travel expenses. Deadline to apply is March 7, 2025.
