Roanoke, TX - Learning Forward Texas (LFTX), a leading nonprofit association dedicated to enhancing educator effectiveness through professional learning, is proud to announce the selection of its new board members for 2026. The newly appointed board members are distinguished professionals from various educational districts across Texas, each bringing a wealth of experience and a shared commitment to excellence in education.

Learning Forward Texas is pleased to welcome Katie Bazzani, Professional Learning Specialist at Northside ISD, to its Board of Directors.

Bazzani has dedicated her career to supporting educators through thoughtful design and implementation of professional learning experiences that impact classroom practice and student outcomes. Her work centers on building educator capacity and ensuring that professional learning is purposeful, practical, and transformative.

On being selected for the board, Bazzani shared:

Learning Forward Texas Welcomes New Board Member: Dr. Marcy Corley

Her leadership reflects a deep understanding of how professional learning drives meaningful change at scale.
