What is Open Enrollment?

As districts across Texas continue to navigate change, the need for high-quality professional learning for those who lead adult learning has never been greater. We'd love to partner with your district or ESC to bring one of Learning Forward Texas's most popular workshops to your area through an open enrollment event.

Hosting an open enrollment allows you to provide high-quality learning for your own staff while also inviting educators from neighboring districts to participate. We handle the facilitation and registration, and you select the date that works best for your calendar. We are now booking host sites for both the fall and spring.

Tips and Tools for Professional Learning One

Our flagship and most requested workshop, Tips and Tools One, has equipped thousands of professional learning leaders across Texas with the knowledge and strategies to design and facilitate engaging, meaningful learning experiences that lead to lasting impact. Participants leave with practical tools they can immediately apply to make professional learning more effective, engaging, and results-oriented.

Tips and Tools for Professional Learning Two

Even the best-designed professional learning can stall when facilitators encounter resistance or challenging group dynamics. This workshop equips leaders with practical strategies to respond with confidence, facilitate productive conversations, deepen engagement through effective questioning, and guide adult learners toward meaningful action.

Tips and Tools for Teams

As schools continue navigating changing priorities, evolving leadership structures, and increasingly complex work, strong collaborative teams have never been more important. This workshop equips leaders with practical strategies to facilitate productive meetings, build trust, navigate differing perspectives, and move teams of adults forward, whether they lead leadership teams, instructional teams, PLCs, committees, or cross-functional groups.
